Masih ingat kejadian penyokong Vietnam dibelasah hooligan bola sepak Malaysia di Stadium Shah Alam semasa perlawanan separuh akhir 1 Piala AFF Suzuki 2014 baru-baru ini. Dalam aksi tersebut, Harimau Malaya tewas 1-2 kepada Vietnam. Kejadian yang jelas memalukan imej Malaysia di mata Asean dan dunia. Dan kini hooligan-hooligan ini dikhabarkan menangis teresak-esak dikandang pertuduhan mahkamah.
Siapa sangka disebalik topeng mesin rumput ada insan hati tisu. Berlagak samseng tapi bercucuran air mata pabila berdepan pertuduhan hasil dari tindakan bodoh sendiri. Bukan budaya hooligan yang jadi cara terbak untuk tingkatkan mutu bola sepak negara mahupun memeriahkan industri sukan bola sepak di Malaysia ini. Malah tak membantu langsung dan berpotensi membantutkan perkembangan sukan tersebut.
